Our services

1:1 Counseling

We practice a range of therapies: from trauma-informed and neuroscience perspectives, EMDR, brainspotting, art/play therapies, marriage & family therapy and groups. We work with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment disorders, behavior, and other 'generalized' areas of concern.

We have independent training in topics such as sex therapy, LGBTQ+-, alcohol and other drug use, dissociation and trauma.

Each is aimed to meet individualized goals and needs.

Wellness In SchoolS

We serve the students and staff of multiple school districts in a variety of capacities.

We are excited to be able to work with school districts at no cost to them, and at no cost to district taxpayers to be able to meet with clients (students) in their school on a scheduled basis (all meetings are at the discretion of the student as well as the parent/guardian).

In addition to student counseling, we offer staff professional development sessions, comprehensive mental health & wellness training programs, and targeted staff group meetings.

Consulting SERVICES

Mental health & wellness needs effect everyone. Organizations are recognizing the importance of supporting the mental wellness of their employees. We tailor our evidence-informed wellness programs specifically to meet the needs of the individual organization. For more info about our mental health & wellness consulting, CLICK HERE.

We also have independent training in the areas surrounding addiction and substance abuse.

Mental health IS health. The more conversations and efforts around mental health, the better we all will be.

“…the first thing my son talked about was that he got to listen to your presentation today! I learned from him all about the areas of the brain and was told that he’s ‘not just a teenager’, he’s still developing his brain. Thanks for making his day!!! And it explains sooooo much!!!”
