I am a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker who received a Master of Social Work Degree in Mental Health Care Practice from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. I own Grounds for Growth Counseling and have the honor of being in partnership with Collaborative Wellness. 

I strive to provide each of my clients a safe and non-judgemental space where they receive the power of feeling heard and understood. We all face adversity, whether it’s from day-to-day challenges or from life-altering changes. Regardless of the circumstance, I am here to offer the opportunity and a safe foundation for new beginnings and personal growth. 

I work with both children and adults and I have an eclectic therapy approach- utilizing multiple therapy techniques that directly meet the client and their individual needs. Some of the therapy models I utilize are person-centered, cognitive behavioral, art/play therapy, trauma informed, motivational interviewing, family systems, and I offer bereavement/grief services. 

My favorite part of the therapeutic process is building trust with my clients. It takes time, strength and at times, can be very intricate. However, trust is also something that individuals may have never had; or if they have had it, it has been violated. When it has been cultivated in the process of healing, even when it’s been tested time and time again, it knows no bounds.

I am available to see clients in Oshkosh, Oshkosh area schools, and Ripon.
