Practical Balance & Understanding, LLCA Space to Feel Seen, Heard, and Understood
Someone once said, “It is good to be loved, but profound to be understood.” Imagine creating relationships with the people you love where you feel not only loved, but truly understood. There is something powerful about feeling understood by others—and equally powerful in developing a deeper understanding of ourselves.
I believe that when we better understand who we are, including our experiences, emotions, relationships, and patterns, we can begin to make meaningful changes that support a happier and healthier life.
I also believe in the importance of finding balance. Your balance may look very different from someone else’s, and that is okay. We live in a world filled with daily demands, responsibilities, and distractions, which can make it challenging to prioritize our own well-being. As we move through life’s transitions and seasons, our needs—and our definition of balance—can continue to change and evolve.
In my practice, I utilize a Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed approach, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I believe our past experiences are an important part of who we are today. By developing a greater understanding of how those experiences have shaped us, we can create opportunities for healing, growth, and positive change moving forward.
I believe life is a journey of continued growth, and I strive to provide a space where you feel supported as you navigate that journey.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, college-aged adults, and adults. I provide both individual and couples counseling, tailoring my approach to meet each person's unique needs, experiences, and goals.
You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Together, we can work toward greater understanding, balance, and meaningful change.
